Field Report Summary

Physical Description

A large shark, similar in size to a great white. Its body is covered in thick, bony osteoderms like a crocodile, providing armor plating. Retains typical shark-like fins, tail, and gills. Jaws are elongated and filled with rows of sharp, conical teeth, more akin to a crocodile than a shark. Its eyes are positioned on top of its head, allowing it to see above the water while submerged. Skin dark grey with camouflage patterns.

Habitat

Swamps and murky coastal waters

Dietary Behavior

An apex predator, feeding on a variety of marine life and venturing onto land to hunt smaller animals.

Evolutionary Origin

Result of a rare interspecies mating event combined with heavy metal contamination causing a new hybrid vertebrate to be born.

Behavioral Notes

Can survive for extended periods both in and out of water.
